The Health routine was always the part of the DVD I liked the most. Those of you who can do qigong at work are lucky. I wish I could.

I wish I could do it at work every day but it's weekends and night shift and coworker's cooperation (she's at the station with the computer and I have the crummy winterm with no sound and slow play!)

I found this guy on Youtube - QiGong for Beginners - I love his New York accent! About six minutes, a nice "up from the desk."

Questions for JackieB and all users of Lee Holden's 7 Minutes of Magic DVD--
Re: this YouTube clip, is this an entire routine? How many routines are actually included on the DVD (AM, PM. ) Is this clip either of those (or a partial segment) or is it a separate bonus routine? TIA!

It's the whole health segment. The am and pm (and extended versions) are separate. I like Qigong for Healthy Joints and Bones better.
