This lovely 4 bedroom-2 bath home features an open living space, lush landscape and island-inspired decor. A perfect place for entertaining or relaxing with friends and family, and the location is outstanding. We are just past Alii drive, in the Magic Sands subdivision. For a dip in the ocean, the infamous Magic Sands beach is a short walk away, or bike down to Kahalu'u Beach park for some stellar snorkeling. Make this vacation special!

Contemporary style meets island flare, our space is designed with your comfort and ease in mind. We pride ourselves in having a tidy and inviting home, with guests' needs as our priority. Features include a beautifully landscaped yard, an outdoor BBQ area and an outdoor shower for your convenience. Enjoy the wide array of beach toys, coolers, snorkel equipment and straps for hauling the gear.
We have a couple cruiser bikes for your use, as well as an assortment of beach equipment. Beach chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, foam surfboards, stand up paddle boards and coolers are all available.
You have access to the whole property! Relax in the yard, rinse in the outdoor shower, watch the sunset on the patio, and most importantly, make yourselves comfortable! There is a BBQ and plenty of amenities for use at your leisure.
Also, please note that we are not collecting additional fees outside of the nightly rate. We understand that vacations can be costly and we don't want you to have to worry about hidden fees. Wifi, beach gear, linens, dishes you name it, the condo has it!
This 2nd floor condo has such a beautiful view! Wake up to the ocean, hear the waves. Great whale watching during the winter months!
Immediately upon walking in, you'll notice a well appointed mini kitchen that has a stove, sink, fridge and fully stocked with dishes. The bathroom has a walk in shower for you.
In the living area, there's a sitting area if you want to get some R&R watching TV. There's a small dining area as well by the Queen Sized Bed. This is an incredible option for 1 or 2 people looking to be direct beach front.
Kona Magic Sands is the only beachfront condominium complex in Kona. Enjoy an oceanfront pool there as well! There's a restaurant on site called Magics Grill as well!

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at the Kona Magic Sands Condo. The first issue was the cleanliness of the place. There were ants crawling everywhere in the kitchen and bathroom, which made it impossible to feel comfortable or even use the facilities. Additionally, the overall condition of the condo was quite poor. The furniture was old and worn out, and the bathroom fixtures were rusty and in need of replacement. The noise level from the neighboring condos was also unbearable, as there seemed to be no sound insulation. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this condo unless you're willing to compromise on comfort and cleanliness.

While the location of the Kona Magic Sands Condo was convenient, with direct access to the beach, my overall experience was less than satisfactory. The main issue was the lack of proper maintenance. The air conditioning unit barely worked, making the condo uncomfortably hot during the day. The Wi-Fi was also very slow and unreliable, which was a major inconvenience for someone who needs to stay connected. The noise level from other guests and the nearby road was also problematic, as it made it difficult to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet by the beach. In conclusion, I would not recommend this condo for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained stay in Kona.
