The new garage door was installed on 04/08/2020 my daughter *********************************** was home at the time it was installed there was 2 gentlemen present to install the garage door one of them was a trainee. When they were finished installing the garage it sounded louder than the original garage door. I left my credit card with my daughter to pay the portion of the **** that was left which was $120 and when my daughter went to hand the card to the gentlemen he said there was nothing to pay and that there was 2 more garage door openers for us we already had 2 to begin with so we now have a total of 4. There was calls and messages left multiple times about the door and the remaining balance that I would pay if they would come out and fix the door being loud but no calls were returned. Fast forward to 8/29/2021 I opened my garage door and heard it was making a squeaking noise.Here the door is broke at the top where the hinge is bolted to the door and the bar is on backwards
