I really wanted to like "Curse of Shadows and Thorns Hot" because I heard so many great things about it. However, I found the storyline to be confusing and disjointed. The characters were also very one-dimensional and lacked depth. The writing style was also not appealing to me, as it felt forced and unnatural. Overall, I was quite disappointed with this book and wouldn't recommend it to others.
