Half Magic is a novel written by Edward Eager. Published in 1954, it tells the story of four siblings who discover a magical coin that grants wishes, but only halfway. The coin can grant only half of a wish, meaning that the children must find creative ways to make their wishes come true. The main characters are Jane, Mark, Katharine, and Martha.
