Are your costumes legit?

Yes! Our licensed costumes are 100% Authentic and Official. We also work closely with several suppliers to ensure our non-licensed costumes are of the highest quality.

Do you hire or sell costumes?

We get asked this question a lot! We only sell costumes, for two reasons:
1) We believe that owning a brand-new costume is better than hiring :)
2) We have access to great suppliers, which means you can buy costumes at super competitive and affordable prices, and you don’t have to hand them back!

Do you have a shop I can visit? Do you allow pick-ups?

Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store for you to try on costumes or click to collect, but we do have a great returns policy if you’re not totally happy.

Can I pay extra to have Express Shipping?

All our orders are sent on an Express service so there's no need to pay extra! If your order is placed before 1pm AEST Monday to Friday in most metropolitan areas, your parcel will arrive the following day as we use the fastest service possible. However, we do not have an express post facility with 100% guaranteed next day delivery. At Costume Super Centre, we are proud of our super-fast turn-around times for your order – please read on. :)

When will I receive my order?

Super-fast! We aim to have next day delivery for nearly all metropolitan locations within Australia, except WA and NT, which may take 2-3 days. Whilst we cannot guarantee next day delivery, depending on where you live, if you place your order before 1pm AEST Monday to Friday, we will dispatch via our service provider StarTrack that same day. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne. Please note, large orders, bulky items such as brooms, wall breakers and weapons, fragile items such as NECA action figures and orders during our peak periods of Book Week and Halloween may also take an extra day or two for delivery.

Do you ship to New Zealand?

We don’t currently ship to NZ, but our good friends at Costume World carry the same range, with similar prices and shipping costs, 30-Day return policy and so forth. Please visit their website at www.costumeworld.co.nz and they’ll be able to assist you will all your costume needs.

1. John - 2/5 - I was really disappointed with the Glinda good witch crown. It looked much better in the pictures online, but when I received it, the quality was really cheap. The crown was flimsy and the gems were not securely attached. It definitely did not live up to my expectations and I ended up returning it.

Not to mention, the crown did not stay in place at all and kept sliding off my head. It was a complete waste of money and I would not recommend it to anyone.

3. Emily - 2/5 - The Glinda good witch crown was much too small for my head, despite being advertised as one-size-fits-all. I have an average-sized head, but this crown was too tight and gave me a headache. The elastic band was also irritating and left a mark on my forehead. It's a shame because the design was nice, but the fit and comfort were major letdowns.

The crown started falling apart after just a few uses and some of the gems fell off. It didn't seem very durable or well-made. For the price, I expected better craftsmanship.
