To use you just peel off the cover on the packet and then you have to be really careful because I thought that the actual little strip applicators would also have covers on them but they don t. So you basically remove the little strip from the packet and then place this on your eyelid for about 4 seconds press down lightly and then gently swipe it towards your outer eye area and remove.
