I had a horrible experience with Dr. Bo Colon Masic. From the moment I walked into the clinic, the staff was unfriendly and dismissive. They were more interested in chatting amongst themselves than addressing my concerns. Dr. Masic himself was not any better. He rushed through the consultation, barely listened to my symptoms, and provided a generic diagnosis without any further explanation. I left feeling frustrated and unheard. I would not recommend Dr. Bo Colon Masic to anyone seeking quality medical care.
