I recently went on the Carnival Magic freestyle cruise in 2023 and I was highly disappointed. Firstly, the service on board was below par. The staff seemed disinterested and unenthusiastic, making me feel unwelcome. Secondly, the food options were limited and mundane. The buffet lacked variety and the main dining room served mediocre dishes. Overall, my experience on the Carnival Magic freestyle cruise was far from magical and I wouldn't recommend it to others.
