The Eternal Isles are located above Level 78 in the Witch Country and Level 248 in the Shadow Realm. The Isles consist of layers of levels, one on top of the other, which you access by clicking on the arrows of the sign in the middle of the Isles. You cannot see your friends on the map if they are on the Isles.
