Conor was playing a game against a mascot. It was a friendly competition between the two. The mascot was dressed in a hilarious costume, making Conor laugh. But Conor was determined to win the game. With each round, Conor's focus grew more intense. He concentrated on his every move, carefully strategizing to outshine the mascot.

Where to see Christmas Lights in Maryland!

One of our favorite things to do each holiday season is to visit Christmas light displays! We try to do at least one drive through and one walk through every year. I’ve created a list of all the major Christmas list displays I could find in Maryland. Hope you find this helpful in planning your holiday family fun!

PLEASE READ! Here are some tips for visiting these displays and some additional helpful info:

• Locations that we have visited before from this list are indicated with a **. I am happy to answer any questions about these locations. Our family tradition is to visit Watkins Park and Brookside Gardens every holiday season.
• I cannot emphasize this enough (especially for drive-through displays) – GO EARLY, and go on a weeknight if you can! I know not everyone is able to do this, but my husband usually will take off a half-hour early so we can get out the door and to the drive through light show right at dusk. If you visit at peak times, expect traffic and long lines to get in.
• Prices listed are for standard vehicles (car, mini van, pick up truck, etc.) Most places charge a higher amount for 15 passenger vans, buses, etc.)
• For drive through shows: make sure car is full of gas, check traffic ahead of time, bring food/snacks (we like to grab some easy-to-eat carry out or fast food for dinner on our way) and a phone charger. Don’t forget to play Christmas music while you’re there!
• Always, ALWAYS check social media (facebook, instagram) and their website before you leave for your destination. This will keep you informed on any last minute change. Some places even include wait times on their website!
• For walk-through displays: bundle up! We keep warm with leggings under jeans or sweatpants, fleece under winder coats, etc. We also use hand warmers and toe warmers on particularly chilly nights!

  • ⭐️ Details: Our absolute favorite drive-thru lights display! We’ve been coming here forever and it never disappoints. I have been to a few other local drive-through displays and this one definitely is the best quality AND the most affordable. I love how you are driving through the road in the woods, so the light displays are tucked back in the trees for a really cool effect.

  - Jane - 1 star - I found "Conor wins against mascot" to be highly offensive and distasteful. The concept of a professional athlete beating up on a harmless mascot is not something I want to support or find entertaining. It sends a terrible message to children and promotes violence as something to cheer for. I was disappointed with the lack of creativity and thought put into this performance. Overall, I would not recommend watching this video.

  - Mark - 2 stars - As a sports fan, I was hoping for some exciting action in "Conor wins against mascot", but I was left feeling underwhelmed. The entire match seemed staged and rigged to favor Conor. It lacked the authenticity and intensity I expect from a professional sporting event. The predictable outcome and lack of suspense made it difficult to stay engaged. I believe there are far better videos out there showcasing real talent and sportsmanship. Overall, I was not impressed with this performance.

  - Sarah - 1 star - "Conor wins against mascot" was a waste of my time. The entire premise of having a professional athlete compete against a mascot is absurd. It felt like a cheap attempt at gaining attention and viewers through shock value. I found the whole thing to be childish and embarrassing. There are countless other videos out there that offer genuine entertainment and skill. I would suggest skipping this one and looking for something more worthwhile.
