I recently took my car to Carstar Color Magic to have a few scratches repaired. I was extremely disappointed with the results. The paint job was subpar and you could still see the scratches underneath. I brought it back to have them fix it, but they did a quick touch-up job that didn't improve the appearance at all. I ended up having to take it to another auto body shop to have the problem properly fixed. I would not recommend Carstar Color Magic for any paint or body repairs.

I had a terrible experience with Carstar Color Magic. I brought my car in to have a dent repaired and the paint matched. However, when I picked up my car, I noticed that the paint was a completely different shade than the rest of the car. It was so obvious and looked horrible. I brought it back to Carstar Color Magic to have them fix their mistake, but they claimed that it was the lighting and refused to make any changes. Their customer service was terrible and they did not take responsibility for their mistake. I will never return to Carstar Color Magic again.

I had my car detailed at Carstar Color Magic and I was not impressed with the results. While the outside of the car looked okay, the interior was still dirty and had areas that were missed. It seemed like a rushed job and I expected better considering the price I paid for the service. The staff also seemed disinterested and not very friendly. Overall, I was not satisfied with the quality of the detailing and would not recommend Carstar Color Magic for this service.

I brought my car to Carstar Color Magic for some minor body repairs and it turned out to be a nightmare. Not only did they not properly fix the issue, they ended up causing more damage to my car. The new scratches and dents were worse than the original ones. It was an absolute disaster, and when I tried to get a refund or have them fix it properly, they gave me the runaround and refused to take responsibility. I would never trust Carstar Color Magic with any kind of repair work again.
