Car Wash Attendant responsibilities are general customer service, maintain vacuum stations, empty trash, restock towels and supplies, and assist in membership acquisitions. You must be honest, have good communication skills and be a hard worker. The ideal candidate should enjoy working outdoors and have a solid attention to detail. Since our company is constantly expanding, you should have what it takes to learn quickly and handle many tasks at once. The goal is to provide the highest level of quality service to our customers through efficient car washing and vacuuming procedures. Earn additional pay from selling wash memberships. - Maintain high employee morale and cleanliness of the premises and equipment.
- Provide high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Ensure the correct use of equipment and supplies and cleanliness at all times.
- Respond to any customer concerns in a timely manner.
- Report any damage to cars or equipment.
- Follow all procedures as outlined in the car wash policy.
- Follow all safety procedures (e.g. wearing personal protective equipment) and ensure that employees do so as well.
