These are great areas to focus! As a leader, your job is to be a change agent. If you're succeeding, chances are you know how to communicate a positive vision. But that frustration often damages relationships and fails to drive better outcomes, sometimes just creating more friction that slows everything down. That's how I run my practice! Sadly we can't always rely on all employees to demonstrate the same values (sometimes, as in a recent case they may lack integrity, lack inclusion and self-focus), but these values do help good employees flourish!

Al Koran was respected and admired by his fellow magicians, and his contributions to the art of magic earned him numerous accolades throughout his career. He published several books, including "Bring Out the Magic in Your Mind" and "Al Koran's Legacy," which shared his knowledge and methods with other magicians. Sadly, Al Koran passed away in February 1972 at the age of 47. However, his legacy and influence on the world of magic continue to this day. His tricks and routines are still studied and performed by magicians around the world, and his name is held in high regard within the magic community. 1. Jennifer - 2 stars - I was really disappointed with Al Koran Magix. The tricks were so basic and predictable, I felt like I was watching a beginner's magic show. The presentation was also lackluster and didn't engage the audience at all. I was expecting something more innovative and mind-blowing, but unfortunately, this show fell flat for me.
2. Tom - 1 star - I found Al Koran Magix to be dull and unimpressive. The tricks were outdated and didn't offer anything new or exciting. The magician's performance lacked charisma and charm, making it difficult to feel engaged or entertained. Overall, I was thoroughly disappointed with this show and would not recommend it to others.
3. Sarah - 2 stars - Al Koran Magix was a letdown for me. The tricks were too simple and lacked the wow factor I was expecting. The magician's delivery and stage presence were also quite underwhelming, which made it hard to fully enjoy the show. I've seen much better magic performances before, and this one just didn't live up to my expectations.
