Mobile Magic Greenville NC was a complete disappointment. I took my phone in to get it repaired and the customer service was abysmal. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and they didn't seem to have any knowledge about the products they were supposed to be experts in. Not only did they fail to fix my phone properly, but they also charged me an exorbitant amount for the shoddy service. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I had a terrible experience at Mobile Magic Greenville NC. When I went in to have my phone screen replaced, the staff seemed disorganized and unprofessional. They took a really long time to get to my phone, and when they finally did, they ended up cracking the new screen they had put on. They refused to take responsibility for their mistake and charged me extra to replace it again. Overall, it was a frustrating and expensive experience that I wouldn't want anyone else to go through.

Mobile Magic Greenville NC left a lot to be desired. I took my phone in to have the charging port fixed, but the repair took much longer than they initially estimated. I had to follow up with them multiple times to get any updates, and even then, they weren't very helpful in explaining the delay. When I finally got my phone back, the charging port worked temporarily and then stopped functioning again after a couple of days. I ended up having to go to a different repair shop to have it properly fixed. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with their service and would caution others against trusting them with their devices.
