Magic Cat Academy Two: The Rise of the Feline Heroes

By admin

Magic Cat Academy 2 is a sequel to the popular online game, Magic Cat Academy. This game was developed by Google and released during the Halloween season. It is a cute and fun game that can be played by people of all ages. In Magic Cat Academy 2, players control a magical cat who must protect its school from ghosts and other spooky creatures. The game features various levels, each with its own set of challenges and enemies. Players must use their mouse or touchscreen to cast spells and defeat the ghosts.

Gamers take charge of Momo, a cat with magical abilities. When her spellbook is stolen while she is at magic school, she must fight off the ghost responsible. Momo battles ghosts and bosses across five levels set in different areas of the school, including the library, cafeteria, classroom, gym, and rooftop. The ghosts can be vanquished by clicking and swiping the mouse in the appropriate directions, as indicated by the symbol above their heads. A horizontal line, a vertical line, a "v" shape, a "ʌ" form and a lightning bolt are the swiping directions, with the lightning bolt calling down lightning that weakens all adversaries on screen. On rare occasions, the player will be granted the ability to restore health by making a heart-shaped swipe.

It s actually a lot easier just to take it a bit slower on the anglerfish, it s attack takes a bit longer than you might think, the first two parts of the fight are reasonably easy, but for some reason every time in the third stage I miss a spell for some reason, but am still able to defeat the boss just before the mouth covers the whole screen.

I beat magic cat academy 2 without losing a life or using a shield :)

It wasn't hard, but the spell-casting is a bit picky, so if you put it a bit too short or one side a bit too long (thunderbolt) it will not cast.

The first few stages are easy, but most of the time I lose lives on the vampire squid. When it does the fast attack I can usually stop it, but when it shields it's a bit hard to draw fast enough while making sure the spell will cast. If you mess up one, then most likely you lose a life. Thankfully, all the health values for the ghosts are predetermined, so I definetly won't lose a life to the fast attacks, and are ready for the shielded ones. The first shield is easy to get through since I noticed that swiping down spells are a lot less picky and faster to cast. I lost lives a lot of times on the second one though.

For the anglerfish, to beat it without losing a life is hard, because of the massive amounts of lag. Since it has about half a second before the spells update or even show if they are valid, it's very easy to accidentally have a spell become invalid and not know it until you've already casted 2-3 spells, and going back puts you off the beat. I recommend playing it without sound because the pressuring music would likely make you mess up.

For the final boss, the first phase is pretty easy, like I said, if you don't panic and make sure your spells are valid. Don't panic, because when the boss sucks the ship in, you still have a good 2 seconds before you lose a life.

The second phase is the hard part. The minions are no problem, but it sucks you in so fast it's hard to actually dish out enough spells to avoid losing a life. Though if you were playing normally, it would be very easy because there would be the ghost that gives more hearts around, and the boss spawns a lightning ghost, so you can regain health before the final stage. To do this without losing a heart, I had to memorize the first few spells that I needed to cast. It was still very hard to do because the boss is just so fast. But it's a generally easy game, Magic Cat Academy 2, so I could get the whole game completed without losing a single life in about 30-35ish tries.

I found "Magic cat academy two" to be a letdown. The controls were clunky and unresponsive, which made it frustrating to play. Additionally, I felt that the game relied too heavily on in-app purchases to progress. It felt like a blatant money grab, and I quickly lost interest as a result. The concept had potential, but the execution fell flat. Overall, I was not impressed with this game and would not recommend it to others looking for a fun gaming experience.
