The watch seemed to have taken control of his life, casting a dark shadow over his once peaceful existence. Unable to bear the torment any longer, Jones decided to seek help from a paranormal expert. The expert explained that the witch's curse was affecting Jones' life through the watch. He suggested performing a cleansing ritual to break the curse and free Jones from the sinister clutches of the witch. With the expert's guidance, Jones underwent the cleansing ritual. It involved burning herbs, reciting incantations, and sprinkling holy water on the watch. As the ritual progressed, Jones could feel the presence of the witch weakening, and her hold on the watch slowly dissipating. After the ritual, the watch went silent. No longer haunted by the witch, it became just another antique piece in Jones' collection. Jones, on the other hand, had learned a valuable lesson about the dangers of dabbling with dark forces. From that day onwards, Jones made a vow to stick to ordinary watches, avoiding anything that might have supernatural connections. He cherished his collection but steered clear from anything that could disrupt his life and peace of mind.
