I would have given a better rating, but after watching for an hour…They never change the towels. The ones for the head are folded up and rotated. Never washed until the next day maybe. The other towels remain customer after customer. Health and sanitation needs to check them out. There service is good, but cleaning after each customer…NOPE.They don’t wash their hands after servicing customers non-sanitary.

Nice, quiet, and clean. The massagers tend to talk a lot between each other and can be distracting. When you ask them to not massage so hard, they do a good job but two minutes later they are back to massaging really hard. They over massage the shoulder blades and shoulder. My right shoulder blade was bruised for a couple of days. If you have serious body issues I would recommend you do not go here.

My upper left back/shoulder was so achy, I might have pulled something or just carried something heavy wrong. But after a 30 min back massage here the ache has 99% gone away. Truly magic!

Told them 45 minutes massage for $50. Gave me a 10 minute foot massage too and charged me an extra $20. $70 in total. Place is a rip off!

Yes it is at a mall. Yes it can get crowded. But is a great place to get a body and foot massage very reasonable price

This place is great ! Have been coming here for years and they do a deep tissue massage if that’s not what you’re looking for then let them know you would a relaxing one. For all the haters out there move along! Also when you tip well you can request who ever you would like for your massage. DON’T be so cheap and remember to treat others how you would like to be treated. After all holiday giving spirit is just around the corner.

This is my first visit and review. PROS: hardly any wait time, nice pressure, my therapist totally eradicated my sciatic nerve and hip pain! TOTALLY GONE! CONS: To expensive! The rates are cheaper in the city and villa park. I plan on going back at least once a month for maintenance.
