Pagan and witches festival

I have always been interested in the pagan path and became a witch in my late teens. Growing up I always seen and spoke to spirit and it was in my early 20s that I started to work with them. It was thanks to spirit and mothers guidance I found my magical family. I continue to work with spirit and my main job with them is helping spirits cross over into the light. My witchy path is eclectic but has a strong link to spirit realm

My path started at a young age but only recently has it been realised. The “phase” my Dad thought I’d grow out of is stronger than ever now I’ve found my place in the pagan community. My coven aren’t just my friends, they are my brothers and sisters, my family. I owe a lot to my coven for the knowledge, confidence and skill they have given me in. I love all aspects of the craft, knowledge about lots but a master of none. I enjoy running rituals and writing spells and have a flair for tarot. As an art and craft person I like to use these skills to help others and have designed logos and artwork for some of my coven family. One of my favourite parts of coven life is the festival, seeing people happy and enjoying such a holistic and supportive atmosphere, always a great weekend seeing old faces and new. I’d encourage anyone with any interest in paganism or witchcraft to attend the festival and workshops to help guide their path. The friendship and support that the community have for each other is intoxicating, it helps people to thrive in all aspects of life. Live my life treating people as I wish to be treated, with respect and kindness.

Wed, Jan 24, 2024, 7:30 PM PST Full Moon Song & Rhythm Ritual 1859 Whaley Ave, San Diego, CA

You are invited to celebrate the January Leo full moon in a Wiccan Ritual Circle. You do not need to be Wiccan to attend, simply have curiosity and an open mind. We celebrate the heightened energy of this full moon expressing our souls with sacred songs and rhythm. Just as we sang around the sacred fire at Yule, we continue our connections in a more intimate environment. Singing brings us together in a shared experience, with vibration, harmony, and channeling Spirit. We will sing existing songs and flow into creative creations of something new that may flow through. Shakers and small drums are provided to accompany our voices. Ritual begins with cleansing, grounding, and opening the energy centers, then High Priestess Dev will caste the circle, call in the directions and invoke the Divine. We will draw oracle cards, share a meditation, and set intentions. Dev will lead a vocal warm up and then we sing our hearts alive. You are welcome to share a song or chant! Lastly, we raise a cone of power to energize our intentions. We close ritual with “cakes and ale” AKA a snack and beverage (both mead and non-alcohol provided)
Please plan to arrive on time and stay until the end of ritual so as not to disrupt the sacred container. LOCATION

Pagan and witches festival

I was going to move the WITCHfest North information to my business site by July 16th and archiving the information for now. However, a couple of dedicated WItchy types protested and so, I have renewed the site for another year! I hope to see you all at the monthly Witching Wednesdays online, last Wednesday of each month.

The next goal for WITCHfest North is to survey the area and start to think about weekend events.

Are you interested in offering your time or energy to plan or bring your talents to the festival? Let me know. Drop me a line [email protected]

Due to the COVID pandemic, we continued the festival online for two years and since then many of us have changed locations, careers and found a new direction.

We would like to thank those who were involved and offered so much of their time to make this an incredible festival with a great deal of love, talent and magic.

The following people deserve a special shout-out for helping to keep WITCHfest North active and on a broomstick for five years:

Stephanie Days, Rowena Katigbak, Lisa Cristinzo, Lisa East, Rosemary Stehlik, John Huculiak, Joseph Hart-Day, Terrie Brookins, Daniel Rotsztain, Dr. Debbie Danard, Kris Gurky, Isabel Ford, Saimah Khan, Rochelle Holt, Lori and Angela Lytle, Betty Jane Ware, Catherine Starr, Rebecca Claborn, Sarah October, Liz Selke, Nori Negron, Sarena Johnson, Dmitry Korolev, Sue Todd, Ariane Terveld, Amy Lou Taylor, Richelle Holt, Laura Gonzalez, Erika Robinson, ‘V’, Tara Greene, Aysen Farag, Phyllis Curott, Victoria Dayes, Devynne Monroe, Brenda MacIntyre, Shelly Carter, Marilyn Shannon, Andrew McGregor, Linda Turu, and all of the venues and people who assisted us, hosted us, carried us forward and joined us on our witch walks.

We are coming to you from the sovereign traditional dish with one spoon treaty 13 lands of the Anishinaabe, Haudenonsaunee, Mississaugas of the Credit and the many Indigenous First Nations who have traded, met and have continuously resided here for over 15,000 in Tkaronto (Toronto).

our Two 5th Anniversary logos shown below are in celebration of our theme of intergenerational knowledge sharing represented by the “Maiden Mother and Crone” as well as a cosmic being holding crescent moons while standing in the middle. Both were commissioned and created by artist Natalie Very B.

Reviews for "From Novice to Master: Harnessing the Energy of an Etsy Witchcraft Wand"

1. Sarah - 1/5: I was really disappointed with the Etsy witchcraft wand that I purchased. The craftsmanship was shoddy and the wand itself felt cheap and flimsy. It didn't even resemble the pictures shown on the website. Plus, the supposed "magical properties" were completely non-existent. It was just a fancy stick with some crystals glued on. Definitely not worth the price I paid.
2. John - 2/5: While the Etsy witchcraft wand looked great in the photos, I was let down by the actual product. The wand arrived with scratches and scuff marks, making it seem like it had been sitting around for a while. Additionally, the materials used felt low quality and not worth the price I paid for it. I had high hopes for this wand, but it ultimately fell short of my expectations.
3. Emily - 2/5: My experience with the Etsy witchcraft wand was underwhelming. The wand arrived later than expected, and when I finally received it, I was disappointed with the overall quality. The paint job was sloppy and there were visible imperfections on the surface. It also didn't feel durable or sturdy. I was hoping for a magical and beautiful wand, but unfortunately, this one missed the mark.
4. David - 1/5: I have to say, the Etsy witchcraft wand I bought was a complete waste of money. The description promised a high-quality and handcrafted item, but what I received was far from that. The wand was poorly made and fell apart after just a few uses. It's clear that no attention to detail was given during its construction. I wouldn't recommend this wand to anyone looking for a genuine and reliable product.
5. Stephanie - 2/5: The Etsy witchcraft wand I purchased didn't live up to my expectations. The design was nice, but the wand felt flimsy and weak. It was supposed to have magical properties, but I honestly felt no difference when using it in my rituals. It seemed more like a decorative prop rather than a functional and powerful tool. I regret spending money on this wand and would caution others to look elsewhere for a better quality product.
