- John - 1 star - The Carnival Magic wellness area was a complete disappointment. The facilities were outdated and poorly maintained. The sauna wasn't working, the steam room smelled moldy, and the showers were dirty. The staff seemed uninterested and didn't bother to address any of the issues. I would not recommend spending any time or money on the wellness area.
- Lisa - 2 stars - I was really looking forward to relaxing in the Carnival Magic wellness area, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. The spa was overcrowded, and it felt impossible to find a quiet and peaceful spot. The massage I booked was mediocre at best, and the noise level from neighboring treatment rooms was distracting. Overall, the atmosphere was chaotic and far from the soothing retreat I was hoping for.

The lack of cleanliness was also a major issue. The pool water looked murky, and the towels were often running low. The sauna and steam room were constantly crowded, and the relaxation area was overcrowded. It was far from the serene wellness experience I had anticipated.
