Curse of the Pharaohs is an expansion pack for the popular video game Assassins Creed Origins. Developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft, the expansion pack was released on March 13, 2018. It is the second major expansion for Assassins Creed Origins, following The Hidden Ones. The expansion pack introduces a whole new storyline set four years after the events of the main game. The protagonist, Bayek, travels to the previously inaccessible region of Thebes to investigate a curse that has brought dead pharaohs back to life. Throughout the expansion, Bayek encounters various famous pharaohs such as Ramesses II and Nefertiti, as well as mythical creatures from Egyptian mythology.
My prefer die-cutting machine is a Spellbinder's Platinum 6. It's about 4 years old and I use it daily. After a few tests with word dies and intricate Spellbinder's dies I fell in love. I do have a cardstock shim under the Magic Mat. It's just like anything else, it takes trial and error to get the kinks worked out. But man do I love not having any fuzzy pieces on my die cuts anymore. That's amazing! And the mat doesn't warp or buckle.
I want to try on my electric machine but I am afraid to, plus it is much thinner then my cutting plates for my electric machine so it probably wont work. Throughout the expansion, Bayek encounters various famous pharaohs such as Ramesses II and Nefertiti, as well as mythical creatures from Egyptian mythology. One of the standout features of the Curse of the Pharaohs expansion is the emphasis on Egyptian mythology and the afterlife. Players explore the beautiful city of Thebes, with its iconic landmarks such as the Temple of Karnak and the Valley of the Kings.

Reviews for "AC Origins Curse of the Pharaohs: How to Defeat the Powerful New Bosses"
1. John - 2/5
I was really disappointed with "AC Origins Curse of the Pharaohs". The DLC felt like a complete departure from the core game, with a convoluted and confusing storyline that had little to do with the main plot. The new map was stunning, but exploring it felt more like a chore than a thrilling adventure. Additionally, the combat in the DLC felt unbalanced and frustrating, with enemies that were either too easy or ridiculously overpowered. Overall, I felt let down by this expansion and it didn't live up to the high standards set by the base game.
2. Sarah - 3/5
I had high hopes for "AC Origins Curse of the Pharaohs", but it ultimately fell short for me. The DLC added a lot of new content and a beautiful new setting, but I found myself getting bored with the repetitive quests and uninspired side missions. The story also felt lacking, with a lackluster explanation for the supernatural elements introduced in the DLC. While it was great to have more content to explore in the world of AC Origins, I felt like Curse of the Pharaohs missed the mark in terms of delivering a compelling and engaging experience.
